Standard Package Conditions
1. Excessively Soiled Vehicles
Additional charges may apply where a vehicle contains:
- Excessive mud
- Heavy pet hair
- Excessive sand
- Excessive rubbish
- Paint, concrete or industrial contamination
2. Package Inclusions
Only the services listed within the purchased package. Additional services are charged separately.

12month Prepay Conditions
1. One Vehicle Only
Membership is valid for one nominated vehicle and registration number only.
2. Non-Transferable
Membership cannot be shared, transferred, sold or assigned to another vehicle or person.
3. Maximum One Wash Per Day
Members may receive a maximum of one wash per calendar day.
4. Fair Use Policy
Membership is intended for normal personal vehicle use only. Mach Wash reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships where usage is considered excessive, commercial or abusive.

6. Package Inclusions
Membership includes only the services listed within the purchased package. Additional services are charged separately.
7. Booking Priority
Members may be required to wait during busy periods. Priority is based on operational capacity.
8. No Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
9. Vehicle Changes
A membership may be transferred to a replacement vehicle owned by the member up to 2 times per year upon request.
10. Suspension
Mach Wash may suspend or terminate memberships where:
- Membership sharing occurs
- Staff abuse occurs
- Fraudulent activity occurs
- Terms are breached
12. Membership Period
Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
