Mach Wash Monthly Membership

Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Plans

Mach Wash offers monthly membership plans for eligible vehicles.

Membership fees are charged monthly and provide access to the selected wash package during the active membership period.

2. Automatic Renewal

Memberships automatically renew each month using the payment method provided at sign-up.

By purchasing a membership, you authorise Mach Wash to charge the applicable monthly membership fee until the membership is cancelled.

3. Vehicle Registration

Membership is valid for one nominated vehicle only and is linked to the vehicle registration number recorded at the time of purchase.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between vehicles.

4. Wash Frequency

Members may receive a maximum of one wash per vehicle per calendar day.

Unused washes do not accumulate, carry forward, or have any cash value.

5. Package Inclusions

Membership includes only the services listed within the selected membership package.

Additional services, upgrades, detailing services, stain removal, pet hair removal, odour treatment, polishing, paint correction, or specialty cleaning services are not included unless specifically stated.

6. Fair Use Policy

Memberships are designed to provide exceptional value for regular vehicle maintenance.

Mach Wash reserves the right to investigate, suspend, refuse service, or terminate memberships where usage is considered excessive, abusive, fraudulent, commercially unreasonable, or inconsistent with the intended operation of the membership program.

7. Excessively Soiled Vehicles

Memberships are intended for the ongoing maintenance of reasonably maintained vehicles.

Additional charges may apply where a vehicle requires substantially more labour, time, products, or resources due to:

Heavy mud
Excessive sand
Excessive pet hair
Excessive rubbish
Paint contamination
Industrial contamination
Biohazards or hazardous materials

Mach Wash reserves the right to refuse service where a vehicle presents a safety, hygiene, operational, or environmental risk.

8. Minimum Membership Term

Memberships are subject to a minimum initial term of three (3) months.

If a membership is cancelled before the minimum term is completed, the remaining balance of the minimum term may become immediately payable.

9. Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time after the minimum term by providing at least 30 days written notice.

Membership benefits remain active until the end of the paid membership period.

10. Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment cannot be processed, Mach Wash may suspend membership benefits until all outstanding amounts are paid.

Repeated failed payments may result in cancellation of the membership.

11. Suspension or Termination

Mach Wash reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership immediately where:

Membership sharing is detected
Fraudulent activity occurs
False information is provided
Staff are abused, threatened, or harassed
These Terms & Conditions are breached

12. Operating Conditions

Services are subject to operating hours, weather conditions, public holidays, equipment maintenance, staff availability, and operational requirements.

Mach Wash does not guarantee immediate service during busy periods.

13. Liability

While every reasonable care is taken, Mach Wash accepts no responsibility for pre-existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, defective paintwork, or personal items left within the vehicle.

Customers are responsible for notifying staff of any concerns prior to service.
